This renovation is one dear to our hearts. In working with these clients from the early stages of this project on to completion, we gained life long friends. Our clients came to us after selecting our profile on houzz. Upon meeting with them, we listened carefully to their interests and ideas and over time worked with them to achieve a result that in there words "was better than we could have ever dreamed of!" The structural restraints of this job were challenging from the start. Working around components like support columns in the kitchen on to water damaged and a rotting floor structure in the master bath. We evaluated carefully early on in the project and were able to provide accurate estimates to the client before starting the project so they were aware of any possible unknown costs upfront. There were quite a few customizations for this project that really took the knowledge of John Hill, our licensed builder. Together with the clients we were able to achieve items like: Increased upper cabinet height, custom built in over the counter microwave, integrated light rail system, recessed vanity cabinets, drop slope shower, custom waterproof shower bench and more! Throughout the process our crews and vendors worked hard to ensure all work was performed to a high degree of quality. John and Jordan were on the jobsite daily performing quality checks and discussing the process and progress with the clients. The materials are just as important and we worked together with the clients to help them make informed decisions based on style, budget, maintenance, and longevity. From the wood shaker cabinets with features like dovetail drawers, softclose doors, roll out trays, and more... to the mixture of ceramic and marble accents paired with quartz. Every component was chosen with thought and care. The project end was bittersweet as we will miss seeing our friends daily, sharing stories and inspiration but we are grateful we were able to achieve their vision and give them a beautiful kitchen and bathroom they will enjoy for years to come.
